● All requests are considered individually and we strive to reply to all communications within (1) hour.
● Reasonable accommodations or modifications are provided at no cost.
● Accommodation requests that would impose an undue financial, technical or administrative burden to Spin may not be fulfilled as requested.

We provide accessibility training to all staff through required weekly and monthly
meetings on accessibility topics, and regular in-person training.
