Spin is committed to continuously making our mobility service and technology more accessible and inclusive. To this end, we strive to remove accessibility barriers and provide multiple, convenient ways to contact us or request assistance.

We recognize that folks are often busy and have time-sensitive needs and therefore have built an in-house customer service team to quickly respond to reports of inaccessible technology or requests for help.

We welcome your feedback about the accessibility of Spin’s mobility service. Please keep in mind the following relevant details:
● All requests are considered individually and we strive to reply to all communications within (1) hour.
● Reasonable accommodations or modifications are provided at no cost.
● Accommodation requests that would impose an undue financial, technical or administrative burden to Spin may not be fulfilled as requested.

● Complimentary device delivery for seated and adaptive vehicles
● In-person assistance with using Spin devices and the Spin app
● Phone assistance with using Spin devices or navigating our app
● Text-to-unlock program for non-smartphone or unbanked users

How We Are Implementing Accessibility

Website Testing and Remediation
● We conduct automated testing of all webpages for accessibility and quality assurance.
● We contract with third-party manual testers to provide manual accessibility testing of our websites and applications.
● We continue to test and enhance our digital products in an effort to provide continuous improvement of our sites and applications.

We provide accessibility training to all staff through required weekly and monthly
meetings on accessibility topics, and regular in-person training.
